### What is list message?

List message is a message which you send to your customers & provide them with several options to choose from. Below is the example of the message:

> *Hi. Welcome to XXX. To continue, please select one of the following options:*
>
> 1. *Product Information*
> 2. *Pricing*
> 3. *Talk to live agent*
