### Delivery Rate 

The definition of our delivery rate is the percentage of successful messages sent out from our server. Please take note that delivery rate doesn't mean receiving rate.

### Software

It is a cloud-based software delivery model where a service provider hosts applications and makes them available to end users over the internet.
