So our assumption is we send out your message to WhatsApp server, but WhatsApp has just blocked our WhatsApp account which is responsible in sending your message to your number and WhatsApp server is not releasing your message to your number.&#x20;

The profile picture that you inserted during creating the **campaign will not stay** there forever because we are sharing our WhatsApp accounts with all of our customers. Other customers also have their profile picture to upload which will cause your profile picture to be replaced by theirs once your campaign has been completed.
