WhatsApp Blasting Service

Launch your WhatsApp advertisement by broadcasting your messages to the list of mobile numbers you have. We have 3 types of WhatsApp Blasting:

  • Unofficial blasting WhatsApp Blasting without button

    • Up to 90% delivery rate package

    • 100% delivery rate package

  • Unofficial blasting with button

    • Up to 90% delivery rate package

    • 100% delivery rate package

  • Official blasting (can choose with/without button)

Important Note: Delivery rate means the percentage of recipients actually receive your message.

Important Note: "100% delivery rate" package doesn't imply that all of your recipients will receive your message. Instead, it means that you are entitled to blast 2 more times for free without editing your existing campaign at all.

All unofficial WhatsApp API Blasting with/without button are bound to its limitation.

Report status of WhatsApp Blasting

There are 4 types of reporting status

  1. Campaign Status

    1. New: When you submit a new campaign, your campaign will usually fall under New campaign status. It means that our server has not picked up your campaign yet because our server is working on the earlier campaign.

    2. Processing: Our server is currently processing your campaigns. Kindy be reminded that in this stage, your campaign is currently on queue and waiting for its turn to be processed.

    3. Successful: Our server has successfully completed your campaign. Kindly be reminded, our server only able to track 1 tick delivery or 0 tick status. We are not able to track blue tick & double tick.

    4. Rejected: If your campaign got rejected, it means that there are something which you have done incorrectly during campaign creation. You can check the reasoning by pointing your mouse on the word "Reason".

  2. Report Status (All reports need to take another 24 hours to generate after your campaign completes)

    1. Empty: The server has not yet picked up your campaign to generate report yet.

    2. Generating: The server is currently generating your report for you. It will usually take within 24 hours to complete this process.

    3. Ready to download: Now, you can download the report in Excel format. Kindly be reminded that our report only indicates 0 tick or 1 tick delivery status. Our report will not indicate 2 tick or blue tick delivery status as we are not able to track this information.

Hint: If your campaign contains less than 100 numbers, our server will not generate report. Our server will only generates report if your campaign has more than 100 numbers.

  1. Credit Refund Status

    1. Empty: Your campaign got nothing to refund.

    2. Processing: Server is currently calculating the total amount of credit to be refunded to your wallet on based on your campaign.

    3. Refunded: Server has fully refunded the necessary credit back to your wallet.

Hint: Our server will only refund 0 tick delivery status. If there is no 0 tick delivery status, then there is no refund requires.
