To connect your number to "WhatsApp business API" you need to create a "channel" using that "Phone Number". A channel represents your "Phone Number" that is connect with the "WhatsApp business API". To create a channel for your number you need the following requirements

Requirements

  • A phone number that is not associated with any WhatsApp apps

  • A Facebook account

If you have all of your requirements in place then you can start creating your channel from Channel module by clicking the "Create Channel" button.

Create and connect a channel

If you are navigating to this section for the first time then you will need to create and connect a channel. Please check out the video and create and connect a channel.

After you have created and connected a channel, then you will see all your channel related information here.

How to change my numbers profile photo?

Click > visit channel manager

Then click Go to channel.

Then select the WhatsApp icon of your channel and click WABA business profile

Then upload a new photo and click update

Share QR code with your prospects

You can share this qrcode/link with your prospect so that they can directly send you message via WhatsApp. You can find your qrcode/link at Channel module.
